NAADAM 2013 À KARAKORUM
Naadam is one of the most important public holidays or ceremonies of Mongolia and is celebrated annually in July.
In Mongolian, Naadam means the Three Manly Games. They include wrestling, archery and horse racing, which are the sports of wisdom, courage and strength.
Young children of ages 5 to 13 participate in the horse races.
